Exfoliating & Cleansing: Apply a small amount of body wash to the sponge and gently massage the body using the sponge in circular motions, starting from your neck and working your way down. This process will exfoliate dead skin cells while the body wash will cleanse your skin. The sponge's natural texture helps to stimulate blood flow and promote skin cell turnover.

Rinse: After cleansing and exfoliating your body, rinse the sponge thoroughly under running water, ensuring all the body wash has been washed out.

Post-Use Care: After use, always rinse your sponge well and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not wring it out as it might damage the sponge's delicate fibers.
